In addition, she provides crucial support to Executive Management Committee Members and collaborates closely with the Senior Vice President for HR to spearhead the reorganization and transformation of the Global HR structure and strategy. Her current responsibilities extend to overseeing HR operations and execution in the U.S., Latin America, and Caribbean Regions, ensuring their effectiveness.

Ana Melissa holds a master’s degree in human resources from Instituto de Formación Empresarial & Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, earned in 2001 in Madrid, Spain. Furthermore, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kansas in 1999, having pursued her undergraduate studies there from 1995 to 1999 in Kansas, USA. Throughout her career, she has been actively engaged in leadership roles within the industry and has made substantial contributions to the success of various organizations.
