Ingredients

  • 4 Arabic bread / pita small/ 4'' dia
  • 250 gram Fillet of pork, pork loin
  • cup Yogurt, plain, low fat
  • 1 Raw cucumber with peel
  • 1 red tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • Nonstick spray
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • teaspoon Sea salt
  • teaspoon Spices, pepper, black

Preparation

Cut meat into thin slices. Wrap each pita half in aluminum foil; bake for 2 minutes. In small bowl, mix together yogurt and dill.
Separately, spray a wok or frying pan with non‑stick cooking spray; heat. Add lamb or tenderloin and garlic; cook for 8 minutes or until meat becomes tender. Remove from heat; add salt and pepper.
Fill pita halves with yogurt mixture. Stuff with meat, cucumber and tomato. Fold over and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
