Ingredients

  • 500 gram Shrimp raw
  • cup Lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • cup Onions, sweet, raw
  • cup Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • teaspoon Spices
  • teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon low‑fat mayonnaise
  • 10 tablespoon Tomato Sauce, ketchup
  • teaspoon Powdered oregano

Preparation

  1. Place the shrimp and lime juice in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Drain and discart the lime juice from the shrimp. Bring to a boil 3 cups of water. Turn off the heat and add the shrimp, leaving them in the hot water for 30 seconds. Drain the water and place the shrimp in another bowl.
  3. Add the onion, parsely, oil, pepper, and oregano. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the ketchup, and then add this mixture to the shrimp.

Cooking Tips

Add some lime juice if you want a bitter taste in your cocktail.
