Ingredients

  • 360 gram Chicken breast
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Onions, sweet, raw
  • 4 piece red tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cooked red beans
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 4 tablespoon Coriander
  • cup Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. In a skillet at medium heat place the chicken with the garlic, the onion and the olive oil. When it is golden brown, add the tomatoes, the beans, and the pico de gallo sauce.
  2. Warm the tortillas and fill them with the chicken mixture.

Cooking Tips

You can use black or white beans in place of red beans.
