Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 gram Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary, dry
  • cup Lemon juice
  • teaspoon Lemon peel
  • tablespoon Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
  • teaspoon Spices, pepper, black
  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 360 gram Low fat cheese
  • 4 Summer zucchinis

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the butter, green onions, fresh rosemary, lemon juice, lemon peel, pepper and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
Cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/2‑inch slices. Place on a broiler pan coated with non‑stick cooking spray. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 10‑12 minutes, turning occasionally, or until crisp‑tender.
Spread with rosemary butter; serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.

Cooking Tips

  • All vegetables make delicious side dishes to serve with your meals; if you add herbs and spices to them you can bring out their natural flavor without increasing the calorie content.
