New Orleans, LA – March 24, 2026 — Pan‑American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), a leading provider of life, accident, and health insurance throughout the Americas, today announced the launch of an online claims submission portal for life insurance beneficiaries, expanding digital access to the claims process. Developed in partnership with Swiss Re, the portal marks a significant milestone in PALIG’s digital transformation strategy and reinforces the company’s commitment to service excellence.
The portal enables beneficiaries to submit claims online, helping streamline intake, improve submission accuracy and accelerate claims processing during a critical time of need. The solution is currently available to beneficiaries of U.S. life insurance policies, with plans to expand further across PALIG’s global life business.

The platform is powered by PromiseXP, Swiss Re’s end‑to‑end digital claims platform designed to support a modern, unified claims experience across diverse markets and product lines.
