Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • 5 cup Raw spinach
  • cup Lemon juice
  • teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Spices, pepper, black
  • 1 teaspoon Peppers, pasilla, dried

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet heat the olive oil and the garlic. When the garlic is golden, remove from heat and save for later.
  2. Medium heat the spinach in the same skillet for about 4 to 5 minutes, until the spinach is cooked. Transfer to a bowl and add the lime juice, the golden garlic. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
  3. Decorate with peppers.

Cooking Tips

You can add thinly sliced almonds to enhance the spinach flavor.
