Ingredients

  • 2 cup sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Onions, sweet, raw
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 60 gram Cheese cottage (without fat)
  • cup Yogurt, plain, skim milk
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, black

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the bell pepper and the corn. Cook for 1 minute. Place the cottage cheese and the yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the corn mixture and blend one more time.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a small pot, season with salt and pepper and let the mixture get warm. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Cooking Tips

Corn is a good source of soluble fibre which helps you lower your blood cholesterol levels.
