Ingredients

  • 4 red tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Basil in powder
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, topping, fat free
  • teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Spices, pepper, black

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and let them sit face down for 30 minutes. Then stuff each halves with the herbs and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  2. Place them in a baking dish and leave them in the broiler for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and place them again in the broiler for 1 minute

Cooking Tips

You can use the vegetables that you prefer. You can make it a complete meal by stuffing the tomatoes with ground beef and have brown rice as a side dish.
