Pan-American Life Insurance Group Appoints Rachael Sudan, Assistant Vice President, Regional Human Resources – Caribbean

Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago – January 4, 2023 – Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), a leading provider of life, accident, and health insurance throughout the Americas, has appointed Rachael Sudan as Assistant Vice President, Regional Human Resources – Caribbean.  

Ms. Sudan brings more than 12 years of expertise in Human Resources to PALIG. Her responsibilities include setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant HR policies, procedures and best practices, as well as identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals for the region.

Ms. Sudan previously held HR managerial roles in the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich and is certified as a Balanced Scorecard Associate (BSA). Her passions include charitable work.
